2. Data, purpose and lawful basis
We use the name, email address, telephone number, town or postcode, property type, preferred start date, message and any voluntarily uploaded image to respond to enquiries, understand the proposed work and prepare a quotation.
- The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract; consent applies to optional material and any additional information you choose to provide.
- Required fields are necessary to send the request. We do not use these details for unsolicited marketing.
- We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Service providers, transfers and retention
FormSubmit transmits the form and the message is delivered to a Gmail inbox. FormSubmit and Google may therefore process the information as technical service providers. Their services may involve international transfers outside the UK or European Economic Area, subject to the safeguards used by those providers.
Enquiries that do not lead to ongoing work are normally retained for no longer than 12 months. If a contract is formed, contractual and accounting records are kept for the period required by applicable law.
4. Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, erasure or restriction, object where applicable, and withdraw consent at any time by email. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

- You may also seek a judicial remedy where your data protection rights have been infringed.
5. Security and updates
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss and alteration. We update this notice when our services or legal obligations change.
